🔄 Refunds & Replacement Policy

At Qualdent, we are committed to providing high-quality dental equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair refund and replacement policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly
  • You received a wrong or incorrect item
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

👉 The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
  • The item should not show signs of use, damage, or tampering

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of dental products, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products used or installed once delivered
  • Consumables or hygiene-related items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced with the same or equivalent item
  • Replacement will be processed after inspection and approval
  • If the product is out of stock, an alternative or refund may be offered

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • Replacement is not available, or
    • The return is approved after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

6. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/videos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review and guide you with next steps

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping
  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

9. Important Notes

  • Qualdent reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection
  • Any fraudulent or invalid claims may be declined
